Women's Online Retreat ..."Vitality Reclaimed"

Full Capacity Living...

You’re capable, responsible, and used to holding a lot.
And yet, somewhere along the way, your energy became inconsistent, fragile, or harder to access—despite “doing all the right things.”

You find yourself getting sick more often than others.

You don't have the energy you used to but there's no obvious reason.

This small-group experience is designed for women who are high-functioning on the outside but feel under-resourced on the inside.

Together, we’ll address the root contributors to low energy—well beyond just more supplements, more discipline, or pushing harder.

Over four weeks, we’ll focus on restoring energy through the systems that matter most:

  • Nutrition that stabilizes energy and supports metabolic resilience
  • Sleep optimization that actually restores your nervous system
  • Movement and gentle detox support that works with your body, not against it
  • Nervous system reset tools to help you shift out of chronic stress and into sustainable energy

You’ll learn how stress patterns, blood sugar swings, sleep disruption, and nervous system overload quietly drain energy—and how to make realistic, sustainable shifts that support long-term vitality.

Group Structure

This program is intentionally limited to 10 women to allow for meaningful connection, personalized guidance, and a supportive, confidential group dynamic.

We’ll meet on four weekly 75 -minute Zoom sessions, with space for teaching, questions, and shared reflection.

You’ll also have secure portal access between sessions for questions and support as you integrate what you’re learning into daily life.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about restoring your internal reserves so your energy matches the life you’re living.

Your investment in this transformative 4-week workshop is $349. Limited space...my last two offerings filled up fast!

Just hit reply and drop me a message with your questions or to receive the FAQ doc.

We begin Monday February 16th @ 6:30 pm EST and end on Monday March 9th.

Can't wait to see you...

Together we can make the world a happier, healthier place.

The one where they are still performing, still leading, still executing… but something underneath feels frayed. The edge is sharper. The reactivity is quicker. The healthy habits that used to feel non-negotiable start to slip. Sleep shortens.Workouts become inconsistent.Meditation becomes “I’ll get back to it when...

Electrolytes...hyped or helpful?

Full Capacity Living... Electrolytes—minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride—help regulate fluid balance, nerve signaling, and muscle contraction. They can be incredibly supportive in certain situations, but they’re not something everyone needs every day. Below is a simple way to think about when they can help and when to step back. Kindness and a recipe...

Full Capacity Living... This morning I was sitting nearby while my husband had a virtual appointment about his shoulder pain. I half-listened while doing other things — until I realized he wasn’t just answering questions. He was connecting. He does this so well. At the end of the call, he paused and told the provider how much he appreciated the time he had taken. He said, “I can...
